FIVE Steps to Becoming a Member
Step 1 – Get Involved and Learn More:
Contact us to see if this option is right for you. Explore our website and the abundant outside resources available on the web. Attend our next informational session to learn more, and meet other interested people.
Step 2 - Make your Reservation:
Your refundable deposit gives you a reservation number. Reservations establish the order for unit selection by members. This will also allow you to start participating in the creation of your home and community.
Step 3 – Sign your Subscription:
Deposits become non-refundable as you finalize your home selection as well as the building’s design and amenities. At this time, you will review the final cost for your specific share price as well as the monthly assessment budget.
Step 4 – Select your Home’s Finishes:
Decide on your home’s look and feel – its being built for you. Work with Green Light and the interiors team to design and specify your home’s aesthetic. After making your selections, your customization is secured through another nonrefundable deposit that is equal to the cost of your customization.
Step 5 – Purchase your Co-op Share:
All members buy their co-op share immediately before commencement of construction. Because there is no interest or assessments to members during the course of construction, sit back and enjoy watching your investment and new community come to life.
